CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

AND RETURN POLICY :

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We QC , inspect and test every trumpet that we sell before shipping it to you, to insure your complete satisfaction. Used trumpets are also tested, photographed, serial number logged and condition noted prior to shipping your order. We offer a 10 DAY / 100% money back guarantee on all items we sell. There are however some reasonable and prudent and common sense conditions that will apply to our guarantee as follows:

1- Within 10 days of receipt of your item purchased from TrumpetSpecialties.com you may return any item for any reason for a full refund, less shipping costs. (Custom pre-paid special orders excluded) Please call or email us for a return authorization number and our shipping address. Return shipping will be at the purchasers expense and the item should be securely packed and recommended that you insure the item against loss or damage for the return to us. You MUST provide a return tracking number as well. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipping to us. Send the item back with a copy of your original receipt, your return authorization number, and a courtesy note with the reason for return. Please include your phone number and indicate if you would like an email, text or phone call confirmation. We will text, call or email you once we have received the item and have processed your refund. You can expect a refund within 7 business days of us receiving your return. Only the item purchase price is refunded. There is no refund for any kind of shipping charges ( either paid at the time of purchase to send the item to you, or paid by you to return the item INSURED ) unless the return is a result of our error.

2- All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival at TrumpetSpecialties.com. Our return policy does not include a trumpet or item that is damaged from use, misuse, accident, wear or tear, improper maintenance, or modified / repaired in any way. All items must be returned in the same EXACT condition as received, with all the original boxes, and collateral included items such as mouthpiece, valve oil, manuals, blank warranty card, cases, and packaging also in the same as received condition. Items accidentally damaged in the shipping while in route to you are returnable, as we certainly do insure them for loss or damage, and an insurance claim will be filed with the shipper. Your cooperation is expected and anticipated on any requirements the shipper may need to process the claim, such as a possible local shippers inspection of the damaged item, container, or packing, or photographs of the shipping box or damaged item..

3- Items that are returned to TrumpetSpecialties.com without prior authorization, or that do not comply with our guarantee policy number two listed above, are not eligible for a refund, and hence will be refused as an eligible return item, and will be shipped back without notice to the purchaser / new owner as a final sale. If you have damaged it ... it is your trumpet to cherish.

4- This guarantee does not apply to plating or lacquer impairments caused by the acids inherent in the human persons. It is recommended that the purchaser remove fingerprints from the instrument by wiping it clean with a soft flannel cloth as often as possible to avoid such impairments. Pads, felts, springs and corks are also excluded from this guarantee, as are external causes such as extreme temperature or humidity. CarolBrass also has a factory warranty against defects as well. Contact me if you find any. A factory warranty claim is extremely rare since beside their quality control department, I also quality control each new CarolBrass trumpet completely before shipment to you. In the last decade, I only had to send back to CarolBrass 1 trumpet that had a finish flaw!

5- Custom orders must be paid in full to facilitate your trumpet manufacturing order. Due to the many variations available on ordering a custom trumpet, and the fact that it is custom made just for you, any custom made-to-order trumpet cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom orders are made to order on a first in - first out basis. Completion times are estimated only. Typically it is 10-12 weeks to custom manufacture you a trumpet however CarolBrass does not charge extra for this. If you are in a rush and need something right away, please email us and we are glad to advise you of the available items in stock at CarolBrass Corporate. We appreciate your understanding on this.

6- This Guarantee shall not extend to consequential damages, which include but are not limited to loss of use of the instrument, inconvenience, or loss of revenues incurred by purchaser, unless otherwise provided for by applicable state laws

7- Custom special ordered items are non- refundable, and non-returnable. ( After all ... It was built for YOU )
